These are so easy to install, just give the hooks a quick clean, and slip on. Please note, the cover will 'fit' either way, but the correct fit follows the shape of the hook. Put another way, if they look a bit weird when installed, they're probably on backwards 🙂🙃
We've tested them in various car washes and the meanest streets of DFW with no issues. If you actually use the hooks for something practical, then remove the covers until you're done. To clean, just throw them in the sink and rinse with water, and, if needed, a mild detergent (dish soap is fine).
