The Do-Over Promise
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and be confident that you can easily install it. Since 2013, every product we've sold is designed to be very DIY-able, but we also understand that installing PPF or vinyl can be a little daunting if you're not used to it.
The Do-Over Promise provides that added reassurance that if something does go wrong, we've got you covered with free replacements (with free shipping). Please see below for details of what's covered, and if you ever need to use the Promise, just reach out to us.
Coverage Details
The cost of the Do-Over Promise depends on the price of the product, so on that basis, here's what each price-band covers:
$5 - One free replacement piece of vinyl, Armor or PPF (with free shipping)
$10 - Up to two free replacement pieces of vinyl, Armor or PPF (with free one-time shipping)
$15 - Up to three free replacement pieces of vinyl, Armor or PPF (with free one-time shipping)
$25 - Up to three free replacement pieces of vinyl, Armor or PPF (with free one-time shipping)
$50 - Up to ten free replacement pieces of vinyl, Armor or PPF (with free one-time shipping)
What's not included?
The coverage includes free one-time shipping, so please install all the pieces before reaching out. If you have problems with the replacement pieces, we'll still send you more for the cost of the materials + shipping. The do-over promise is good for up to 45 days after purchase, to allow you time to complete the installation.
I didn't opt for the Do-Over Promise, but need replacement pieces
No problem. Just reach out to us and let us know what you need, we'll reply with an invoice for the cost of materials and shipping. If it's basically a full kit, then we'll just charge the standard kit price.
